We sell oat-based foods and related merchandise. Any free-shipping offer is displayed at checkout. Most orders move into processing in roughly 1–2 business days. Transit is generally expected to take 3–5 business days after processing, although carrier events can change that estimate.

For a change of mind or wrong selection, request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. New, unused goods in original condition qualify for non-defective returns. The return label is included free with the package, no restocking fee is charged, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
