Refund Policy

Both fault-related returns and ordinary, non-defective returns are eligible for review, and exchanges are available. An ordinary request may arise because a customer changed their mind or selected the wrong item.

Submit a mailed-return request within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused and in its original condition, with its original packaging, tags and included accessories. Send the order number, checkout email and a description of the request. For damage, defects, incorrect delivery or missing items, include clear photos or video of the item and packaging.

A free return label is included with the package and there is no restocking fee. Do not send an item back before authorization. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days. Exchanges are handled according to available stock.
